"The professionalism of all staff cannot be faulted"

I would just like to say that from the time I first saw my local GP up to the appointment I had at the PRH Telford with the surgical specialist, the service and care and help from everyone was absolutely excellent.

The professionalism of all staff cannot be faulted. It is very frustrating to read in the media (nationally and locally) the small % of problems in the NHS when the vast majority of people I am sure had good experiences in the NHS, but this rarely gets reported.

Where would we be without you all.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. You are absolutely right to say that in the majority of cases patients are really happy with their care but when things go wrong this grabs the headlines. In our hospitals we want to make sure that we are getting it right for more and more people (like you) and that if people have concerns we are able to respond quickly and address anything that has gone wrong.
