For anyone going for a knee replacement on this department have no worries, the staff are very professional and very kind, they work as a close knit team and really care for the well being of their patients, nothing is too much trouble for them. My thanks go out to everyone from the cleaners, catering staff to all the nursing staff that helped me though an operation that wasn't as bad as I had visualized in my mind. Also my gratitude to a fantastic surgeon who did an amazing and very professional job and to my anesthetist who put my mind at rest before the op and to their theatre colleges. I was up and about the next day and have continued to improve ever since so I would most definately recommend this ward to anyone who needs this operation, absolutely five star treatment.
