I am so grateful to the physiotherapist who guided me through a 6 session course of treatment and exercises for cystocele and weakened pelvic floor over the course of 4 months. They are truly a credit to the NHS. After 20 years with BUPA which I cancelled last year, this was my first ever NHS referral. I was concerned that I'd wait weeks to be seen and have appointments cancelled etc. I was never kept waiting for my appointment and the standard of treatment was excellent. The physio department at Hillingdon have restored my faith in the NHS. Huge thanks.
