"most staff members were ok"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

(as the patient),

I found one member of staff extremely rude, talking about other members of staff in an spiteful manner and looking down on people. Couldn't believe what I was hearing, not that I have great hearing!

The staff member also seamed to struggle with equipment, which filled me with fear. Apart from that the staff were perfect! I had broken a small bone in wrist. but staff in the emergency room had a great bedside manner.

Thank you for providing us with feedback, I am really sorry to hear of the poor behaviour you witnessed from one member of staff. This is really disappointing and reflects badly on the team who really strive to provide an excellent service.

If you would like me to investigate this episode, then please do email me on Julie.pearce1@nhs.net.
