About: Poole General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

Today my daughter was admitted via A&E for suspected pulmonary embolus. We were so pleased with swift treatment, cleanliness, information, feedback including test results, & forward treatment.

We thank everyone from reception, porter, triage, Dr, nurses & kind gentleman who provided a cup of tea. ! We are lucky to live in this area which provides such wonderful service, upholds it's targets yet maintains holistic care AND kindness.

Please ensure our gratitude reaches them especially @ a time when many units in other hospitals receive criticism.

A&E must be particularly strained in view of the acute nature they work under BUT no-one seemed to show stress & all was calm.
