About: Royal Oldham Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved

On some wards a daily menu is provided for patients to choose from menu just what they would like . For some reason this dosnt happen on ward F9 as the House Keeper reads out from a print-out and ask patient what they would like. This can sometimes result in only one item requested without for eg. any mash or veg. While I have been on on F8 & F10 menus here were provided but not on F9 for some reason.

We're glad that you find the bedside information useful. This should be available on all wards, helping patients choose their meals. However, we've checked with the catering teams, and it appears that they had been left in the ward kitchen by mistake. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
