made a formal complaint April 2013 about not answering telephone, no answering machine, cancelled appointments.
Had reply today. Full apology, lessons learned not heard that one before! I find it quizzical that when you ask consultant why appointments cancelled she said I have nothing to do with appointments.
Chief Exec. States cancellations due to consultants leave & education leave. taking pride in healthcare services, respect, involvement, delivery, efficiency is your logo! The only departments working are the cancellation & complaints receiving departments. Even they are inefficient & incompetent.
