About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Went to see optician who said she would contact my doctor at Shawhich, who phoned me to say he would send me eye drops.

I then received appointments from TRAQS. I am quite satisfied with the speed of things and arrangements.

I contact the number given and the young man was very helpful.
