"The care I received was second to none"

About: South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I had a cycling accident in an area of the countryside which was not straight forward to access for the Paramedics (from Ashford, Kent I believe). However they arrived on foot while a suitable vehicle arrived to remove me from the site to an awaiting ambulance on the roadside. The care I received was second to none. The Medics who looked after me were reassuring, caring and professional.

On arrival at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford, Kent the staff who took over my care were, again, superb. From the Drs, the nurses and the x ray teams they provided a very caring and professional service. I believe that it was also a very busy period when I arrived which only enhances my high opinion of the service I received.

A big Thank You.

Thank you so much for providing us with great feedback. Staff are working very hard in A&E which is very busy at the moment, so it is pleasing to hear that staff took time to care for you. They will appreciate seeing your feedback.

I hope you continue to recover well from your accident.
