What could be improved

A detailed map showing locations of the various wards/blocks on your website would be most helpful.

I have been unable to trace one, which is available at some other hospitals.

If there already is one please advise the location so I can print a copy.

We have a range of maps on our website at http://www.pat.nhs.uk/PublicDefault.aspx?tabindex=2&tabid=1144

However, we would fully accept that these are just outline maps, and don't give a great deal of information. We have just updated our website, and are in the process of preparing more detailed maps. All the hospitals have more detailed maps in public areas onsite. If you are wondering which car park to use for a visit to a clinic/department then please check directly with them prior to your visit.
