I would like to thank all of the staff from the Surgeons, Nurses and cleaners, for looking after me during a difficult time. I had a hysterectomy and pelvic floor repair, I had been waiting for a long time to have this done, and I am looking forward to fantastic results in a few months time, when I will have my life back again - to enjoy with my beautiful children. I can't thank everyone enough and give all my praise to such hard working people, a job I could never do! The NHS are absolutely brilliant!!
