My father, Keith was recently admitted to The Norfolk and Norwich following a fall and his glasses were misplaced . He has cataracts (without lens implants) so can see very little and having broken his arm cannot put his usual daily wear contact lenses in. I went down to the eye clinic without an appointment and a very friendly and welcoming staff member helped to organise a sight test straight away. He was seen by a person who also arranged for him to be checked for any eye damage due to the fall. The whole experience of this clinic was so friendly and impressive and most definitely deserves 5 stars!! Many Thanks to this team
