Having waited for 6 months after a referral to be the orthodontist we finally got a 9.30 am appointment for this morning. Having to rush around to get my other child to school and make it to the city on time I am still waiting to be seen at 10.54!!!! I understand appointments can and most do run late but 1 hr 29 minutes and still counting! I have no faith that my sons treatment will be done in a satisfactory time scale. Not once was an apology issued for the delay and don't even want to think of the car ark meter running!!!!
