Whilst during a very sad and distressing time for myself and my boyfriend. We had lost our baby and didn't find out until the scan. The staff that work on Ward 17 were the most professional and caring team I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Each member went out of their way to offer us support during this distressing time. Each member of staff deserves a medal and very high praise for their very caring skills and role, during this very distressing time. One staff member in particular was top notch and an outstanding person. I know people moan about the nhs but they couldn't be far enough from the truth.

It is always very much appreciated by staff when patients and their families take the time to give feedback on their experience and your comments will be shared with all staff involved.
