Can't say enough how wonderful all staff were during my 5 day stay at West Mid. Nurses and other staff in Richmond Ward and Rehab Ward were all helpful and thoughtful. The OT team were also efficient, and thoughtful of my needs after discharge. They were proactive about getting the after-care correct. I do wish I could remember all the names. So as not to leave any out I will mention none but wish to thank them all sincerely.
