About: Euston House Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

GP did not explain properly, however when I rang the clinic the receptionist explained for me, no problem when I had to change my appointment.

Overall, wish I had been referred to this clinic 4 years ago, life would have been easier.

Impressed with the service at Euston House, by all the staff I've come in touch with.

I am sorry that your referral process was not explained in full to you by your GP Practice who is fully aware of its importance. However, I am pleased that the receptionist and staff at Euton House were able to resolve this problem and you have been impressed with the service they provided.
