"Wasn't told I had to hand appointment letter to reception"

About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Very good service overall, but a long waiting time as was running approximately 1 hour behind.

Also, once booked in, I wasn't told I had to hand in my appointment letter once in the right waiting area. This added to my delay as I had already sat waiting approximately 10 minutes, before I saw someone else hand them in.

When I asked if I needed to hand mine in as I had already booked in at reception, I was told that I did.
