What I liked
As A visitor to F3. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the corridors and then the ward was.
Staff I was told are lovely, Respectful to patients and aware of need for privacy.
They wer busy, efficent, and pleasant. getting on with there work. but still being friendly. I think It helps patients to recover when environments are good as this is.
What could be improved
As A Blue Badge holder. Entering Main entrance Parking in the evening was good.
A wheelchair user.
Problem was. F3 is in the Old part and even after being told part of the way there
It took me 25 minutes and three lifts to find it.doubling back thinking I had gone wrong way. On 2nd visit. No Parking available at old entrance. so I had to go to Main I found it better but still confusing to get to F3 from there.
