"No respect for patients time"

Re: No respect for the Doctor's or Patient's Time.

- took a day off to visit the clinic to replace a 'worn-out' dome tube tip

- the clinic was closed because if sickness.

To replace this worn out 'dome" the process is to turn up (appointment not allowed) at one of their 2 clinics a week.

- I had to take a day off (as I work far) at the loss of a day's pay (in this case maybe two or even more if the clinic is not working on others days).

- the Doctors time to see me just to hand me this simple Dome tube tip.

I feel the morale at this place is "how to make life difficult for the patients even if it adds cost to the the NHS"
