I was so impressed with your hospital from the first day I visited my very poorly relative. My first contact was the receptionists who were so helpful and friendly. Having never been there before and travelling from Hampshire I was glad of a friendly face. My relative was at your hospital for a few months and in that time was treated with dignity, kindness and expertise. The nurses were very understanding of her situation and of ours also always having the time to chat with her and then us after the visit and also on the telephone. My special thanks go to the Sister and Staff Nurse, also another for their caring and sensitivity. Very importantly, the cleanliness was excellent. I will always remember the kindness shown to my Aunty during the time she spent with you and cannot express enough what it meant to me to know that the care she received was second to none.. .
