What could be improved

Further to my earlier comment re. the new diabetic center being so far away from the main hospital...Well my husband attended today,at a cost,as we had to pay £10 taxi fare instead of a free bus ride, but besides that when we were sat in reception we could hear the patients that were checking in at reception were 'out of breath' and when asked 'why?' by the friendly staff it was because they had to tackle the uphill walk to the new center.Surely it's only a matter of time until one of these patients takes really ill as one of the symptoms of diabetes is heart problems.Leaves me asking 'why do hospital managers have degree's in 'this and that' but have NO COMMONSENSE WHATSOEVER!!.

The diabetes centre was created in existing accomodation, and we've had positive feedback from both patients and staff about it. Many people were not happy with the previous accomodation. Your feedback will be passed on to the site director.
