"Extremely unorganised"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

Anything else?

I have a slipped disc in my lower back, I have been to chase farm around 5 times in the past 2 months through A&E due to not being able to walk or feel my legs! Every time I come into this hospital they simple chuck me a few painkillers and tell me to go (which I can't because I can't walk duhhh!) I have had 3 Xrays and an MRI scan (which they didn't to send the whole report to my doctor) and they still have failed to mention anything. Good thing I have a brilliant private physiotherapist. I also broke my finger in a while back which they also failed to manipulate correctly. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone! Every time I just have a horrible experience.

I am sorry to read that you have left with a poor experience of the Trust emergency services at Chase farm Hospital. As an organisation we are committed from learning from specific issues and from any mistakes we may have made. Hearing about where we can do better helps us to pinpoint where exactly to make improvements to the service we provide. Thank you for your feedback which I have passed onto the senior managers at Chase Farm A&E. As your feedback is annonymous the Trust is unable to provide a detailed response.
