Contemptuous, rude, arrogant attitude towards patients. nurses resented being asked any questions or requests for care. have never had such a bad experience in a hospital as this ever. a brand new hospital. That's already filthy and tatty after being opened for just one year. MRSA must be rife in here looking at all the dirty smeared surfaces. Whatever you do, don't send an elderly relative here. ward12e.
