I was so impress by the way staff appeared to work as a very efficient and skilled team. I felt so reassured at every appointment and well informed about the next stage. To my surprise I was very anxious about the meeting with the radiotherapy consultant in a different department but really relieved to see my breast care nurse there as well! It feels as though the breast care unit really understands what good healthcare and healing is all about.
