What I liked

i attended North Manchester on Saturday with a severe lower back problem. I feel that so many people write in to complain but i would just like to say that i own my own veterinary sugery and am well aware how patient should be treated. I was in complete agony, i have had lower disc problems for years and i know that when they go the pain is excrutiating. I was seen fairly quickly and given meds to take the edge off. I then saw the doctor. She was charming and very caring and very understanding as regards my pain. I think it would be nice if someone higher up gave her a so called pat on the back and a well done. I feel that too many letters of complaint are written and no where near as many like this one and i would be so happy if this could be passed on to someone higher up and the doctor herself. Well done.
