"rude and arrogant nurses"

(as the patient),

I am currently a patient in the royal London hospital. on arrival was left for 5hours without any water or care. and have found some of the nursing staff I have come into contact with lazy, rude and contemptuous of the patients they are supposed to be caring for. food and water left out of reach so I have now not eaten for 24 hours, there are faeces on my shower wall and after two days of requesting it to be cleaned my wife finally did their job for them in tears. any request for help or information is totally ignored.

a third world hospital in the centre of London.
