What I liked

I am writing on behalf of my dad, who was recently on HDU following liver surgery. The care he received was fantastic. Both the nursing and medical staff kept my Dad and our family fully informed of his progress and what to expect with regards to his recovery.

The care was a real credit to the professions and we are very grateful to them.

What could be improved

I can't think of anything that could be improved. We were very impressed.
