"I could not have asked for more"

About: Harmoni / NHS 111

(as a service user),

I was feeling unwell, as it was out of surgery hours my sons called the 111 service.

The service was very prompt and very thorough, I could not have asked for more.

A doctor made a home visit and treated me – no follow up was needed.

A really good service.
