I have just come home from having my first knee operation and would like to thank the surgeon and his team and the staff on Albourne Ward and in particular the Staff Nurse and her colleague for all their help and support as they made my stay very good and nothing was too much of a problem for them even though they were rushed off their feet. I would also like to thank the physiotherapist that helped me today and put to bed any fears/doubts about how to cope when I got home - her professional input was second to none. Many thanks once again to everyone that helped me.
