Beech Head and Neck Ward! Absolutely brilliant, my 20yr old son was admitted with a post tonsillectomy bleed early hours of the morning and the care he received was outstanding-delt with quickly by friendly understanding staff from admission, surgery to ward care! Living in Wales he was transferred from Hereford A&E as an emergency and was so glad he was transferred to Worcester Royal! He has had to stay in a few hospitals and yours by far was his best stay, hopefully his hospital experiences are over now but can't thank everyone involved in his care enough..... Thank you all very much from Mum and son :)

Thank you for your lovely feedback. Many of our emergencies come from as far away as Hereford and the Welsh borders as Worcestershire Royal Hospital is the countywide centre for head and neck services. It’s good to know that when you are far away from home relatives feel that the care is of a high standard, providing expertise and a good overall experience. Thanks again Rachel King, Ward Sister
