I had an appoinment at the urology dept at NMGH on the 19th June 2013, I received a letter dated 13/05/13 cancelling this appointment and rescheduling it for 28th August 2013 at 11.10am. I arrived on the correct date and time and went to book in. I was told at Area outpatients A that my appointment had been cancelled, there had been no attempt to write or phone me to cancel this appointment, I was told I would be written to with a new date. I find this to be a very poor service. IIts now the 19th Sep I have as yet not received another appointment and probably will not unless I ring myself.
