My 82 year old mum broke her knee in a fall in Skipton while on a day trip from Southport Merseyside. My mums stay in hospital was particularly difficult because she was so far away from her home and I live in Brighton! Her stay was made easier through the excellent treatment, care, concern, professionalism and friendliness that she received from the ambulance staff, A and E staff and all the staff on wards 9 and 10 during her 2 week stay at Airdale before being transferred to her local hospital. The ward staff were friendly and helpful each time I phoned for updates about my poor mum. You are all fabulous! Thank you all so much.
