What I liked

I would like to pass on my Thanks, and extream gratitude to the A&E staff at North Manchester hospital. My son on 5th July broke his wrist, the staff were very professional, friendly, they explained everything brilliantly, they were excellent when dealing with my 3 year old and made sure he was very comfortable all the time. They made me feel respected and calmed me down. The communication was excellent and I felt my son was receiving the BEST treatment. I'm very pleased and would like mine and my son's Thanks to be passed to all the staff in A&E for all their hard work and help at such a stressful time. Thank You x
