"External Signage and Map"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

Anything else?

I have no complaints regarding the treatment received at the hospital. However the external signage is very, very poor in relation to the "new" and "old parts of the hospital to the point of non-existence and the map provided at reception is, in parts, unreadable. Surely something a simple of ensuring people know were they are going is not too much to ask.

Thank you very much for providing feedback, I am glad you were happy with the clinical care your received.

I do note your comments about the signage and I can confirm that we are about to work with an expert who will help us to improve our signage on all of our hospital sites.

Your feedback is much appreciated.
