Ninewells Hospital in Dundee should be ashamed at the rise in parking costs and the charging of disabled badge holders. It would seem less harsh if the money was going back into the hospital however, it is going to a private company.
When people are sick or visiting the sick the added stress and cost can be unbearable and an added stress and worry.
