Some excellent friendly staff but also a sense of no one being in overall charge. Some nurses were less helpful than others and late night care was patchy. The wards were very clean and food was good. Need to do more to inform patients of what will happen next (even if this involves long waits). Not a great sense of team work between some staff and general politeness could be improved. Younger staff were more polite/helpful
