Anything else?
I stayed at the General's Renal Unit for two separate weeks in August and September 2013 and was rather poorly, both admissions were unplanned. The staff were really kind, compassionate and considerate and I could not have wished for better care. Life in hospital moves at its own pace and routine and does require the patient to adjust, i.e. medication or meal times but once you have settled in to their way of life things couldn't have been any better. I found everyone to be calm and relaxed, efficient and caring. Whilst I, like all patients, have no desire to go back I know when I have to they will look after me. Most important to me is that my family also know this and this takes the stress out of the situation for them too.
"Fantastic Staff"
