"Lovely friendly hospital..."

My mum was admitted to the Lowen ward on Monday, she has been very poorly but is slowly on the way up. We drove down to the hospital today to see her and we were greeted by such lovely friendly staff on her ward I felt I should leave feedback on it. The doctor spoke to us like human beings and not lots of technical words... The nurses were very friendly and relaxed and had a very good sense of humour too. The whole ward was busy but had a great feel about it very welcoming and laid back.. The patients on this ward and their visitors are going through enough without the need of a stuffy ward that's all serious... Life's too short.... Laughing is good for everyone.. Thankyou to those lovely nurses I met today .. You're very special people and you make all the difference.. x
