Why would I change from a 1 star to a 5 star rating. Because now I have been diagnosed. I am now being treated in a totally different manner. From have to chase my consultant repeatedly to look at test results(13 day delay in in tray) to the reluctantly ordered "urgent" CT scan and the further 12 days delay. However the scan indicated a tumour that could not be seen previously (I told you I was ill), offered and given a same day broncoscopy, Macmillian support, explanations and guidance. I could have not asked for more. Just such a shame that because the initial indicators were not there I was (by my perception) being treated as a time waster.
