About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Extremely impressed.

Initial information suggested it could be up to 18 weeks before treatment but I was contacted 7 days after seeing my GP and first appointment is three weeks later.

The community rheumatology unit is literally 2 minutes walk (on a good day) from my front door.

Thank you for your positive comments regarding the process of arranging your appointment with the Community Rheumatology Clinic.

TRAQS aims to complete all referrals within 5 working days and ensure that you can be seen as quickly as possible at a location of your choice. Even more so, bearing in mind that the Clinic is literally 2 minutes walk from your home.

I hope you will soon feel the benefits from your referral.
