The treatment time/delay was not good, but overall satisfactory under the circumstance.

I am pleased to note your satisfaction with the appointment arranged by TRAQS on your behalf. However, I regret that I am unable to comment on your treatment path which TRAQS has no control over.

Nevertheless I am pleased to note your general satisfaction with your overall experience.
