"I gradually learned how to master my fears"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I was delighted with the service I received. I'd been struggling with a problem I didn't understand for 8 years, and slowly the situation was getting worse and worse.

The therapist explained what was happening and explained to me what I needed to do to put the situation into reverse.

She also supported me in sessions as I slowly, gradually learned how to master my fears and overcome my problem.
