Unfortunately it's been a pretty dire experience for my family. At a time of extreme distress it seems like this ward does not know it's bottom from it's elbow to put it nicely. A couple of nice doctors, a couple of nice nurses... the rest seems to be failure after failure. Worried how my Mum is ever going to get better in that place. Items have gone missing (despite having locked rooms that only staff can enter). As a family member, I'm extremely worried for my Mum's welfare. I just wish she was well enough to come home now.
