I had to visit the walk in clinic for a hand injury first thing on Monday morning as an alternative to A & E. When I arrived I was processed immediately, had my hand looked at within 10 minutes and x rays had been completed within another 30 minutes. All in all, I had my review and a temporary cast fitted within just over an hour. The staff were all excellent and communicative and I wish I could remember the nurse's name that looked after my hand because she was fantastic. The whole experience was fast and professional. Thank you.
