I have three direct family members who need to attend the Opthalmology Clinic regularly because of a history of glaucoma. On each of their last three visits the clinic has been running over 90 minutes late which is clearly unacceptable and is very off putting when you need to attend every 6 months. The consultation process is good but the appointment allocation needs to be sorted out desperately.
