After several neurology outpatient appointments with my child I have to say how disappointing the overall service is in this department. The nursing staff have been professional and courteous but the consultant leaves a lot to be desired, he has been rude,unhelpful and has shown my family little or no respect. Considering this is a worrying time for us all the lack of contact and information we have received has caused us more stress, it is almost like he cant be bothered not even informing us of any results that he has received, his explanation of things is alarming and offers no reassurance to the patient, you come away from the appointment feeling worse because of his attitude.
