Anything else?
Was given first appointment of the day, 8am, on a Saturday for an echocardiogram. Arrived on time despite disruption on public transport - journey took me the usual amount of time, an hour. Although I checked-in using kiosks, I was not seen until after 8.20 am and only because I asked staff why I was waiting so long. One member of staff had just taken her coat off and walked into the room after me. I am slightly concerned that I was rushed through although my test results came back clear. I have annual checks on my heart and lungs (despite being young) as I have high risk of developing serious conditions. The echo did not take as long as it usually does. I am hoping that my next annual check on my heart will not make me feel like I'm on a conveyor belt.
