(as the patient),

I am very nervous about dental treatment. I was warned beforehand that there could be a delay but I was called in to see the dentist at my appointment time.

The dentist was very friendly and put me at ease. The treatment I received was excellent, particularly the way I was looked after by the dentist, but the service overall was very good.
