Witnessed the violent death of my husband.

I found the Inclusion Matters staff professional, supportive and caring. But the waiting time could be improved.

Dear DJF

Firstly I am very sorry for your loss.

Secondly I am very glad to hear that you experienced our staff as professional, supportive and caring. It is something that we strive for here at Inclusion Matters Wirral.

Thirdly we are very aware of waiting times being longer than we would hope for and we are engaged in a training programme to increase the number of trained and qualified therapists to deliver NICE approved therapies to the people of our community.

Lastly I would like to thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback.
