(as the patient),

I went to A & E with chest and jaw pain last week.

From the moment I spoke to the receptionist (Sue Taroni ) to when I was examined by Trevor Nesbitt and admitted to the assessment ward and finally ward G23, I was treated with care, patience and complete professionalism.

I have to have further treatment at Good Hope and now face this with confidence knowing that I will be in safe hands.

Well done A & E at Good Hope.
